Step-2 Job Notification Form

After a company accepts the invite for the campus hiring drive, we send the Job Notification Form (JNF) which asks the company for various details for the hiring, like roles, job designation, eligibility criteria, package offered and assessment procedure.

Step-3 Slot Scheduling and Itinerary

The itinerary of the complete recruitment procedure is requested for making arrangements for a error free planning. Slots are checked with the company, and further process slots are then scheduled accordingly.

Step-4 Release of form for student application

A form is released for eligible and interested students, from which we collect the data. We check the data for eligibility, duplicate entries, wrong or incomplete entries, etc and process the data. After cleaning and processing, we send the data to the company.

Step-5 Release of Notices

Notices are released for acquiring required facilities like an auditorium for the Pre-Placement Talk, labs for student assessment, Rooms, working lunch, and transportation facility for visiting executives.

Step-6 Pre-Placement Talk

If the company wishes to host the Pre-Placement Talk on line, then a virtual meeting is scheduled, and the details of the meeting are shared with the Registered students. 

While for an offline visit, the talk is conducted in the Conference room. Internet, audio system, presentation sharing, and other technical facilities are provided to the host, along with other facilities like water, and refreshments

Step-7 Industry Assessment in Conference Room/AutoCAD labs

The tests are conducted in AutoCAD labs, if its online or in conference room if its offline. The labs are equipped with LAN, Cameras, and other security measures to ensure a fair and secure environment for the assessment.

Step-8 Assessment Result

Assessment result acquired from the company is then analyzed against the eligibility criteria according to the Placement Policies and then shared with the company and students.

Step-9 Further Rounds of Assessment (Technical and HR Interviews)

After the assessment, Further rounds like Technical and HR Interviews are held. We have facilities for the smooth conduction of various activities, like technical and HR interview.

Step-10 On Campus visit by executive

To welcome the executives visiting the campus, we provide a pickup and drop facility from airports and hotels to the assigned campus/TPO Office, a welcoming bouquet from the team is offered. Meetings with Director, HoDs and respective department faculty coordinators are also arranged. Lunch and snacks are offered from time to time. Stationary required during the interviews are provided, along with refreshments from time to time.

Step-11 Interviews

Interview process is majorly a single-day process, consisting of different rounds of interviews like technical interviews, HR interview, etc. Online process consists of the constant relaying of messages from HRs and executives to candidates. It is conducted via a virtual meeting on platforms like MS Teams, etc. For Offline Interviews, we provide cabins/rooms to hold the interviews. We have around 5 rooms for this purpose.

Step-12 Final Result

After the assessment procedure is complete, the final list of selected candidates is shared by the company. We ask selected students for their confirmation of the offer in compliance with the placement policies and share the responses with the company.

Step-13 Feedback

After the completion of the process we take the feedback from the HR or executives of the company so that we can get to know that which the areas where we can improve are.
